Who You Are We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our daily operations and ensure a top-tier experience for our members. This role involves managing the membership database, processing renewals, coordinating events, providing administrative support to other staff, and serving as a key liaison to our members. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, solutions oriented, and passionate about fostering community.

What You'll Do

Manages operational tasks under the direction of the COO and support the Membership & Cyber Security team with projects. Leads as the project manager workflow for assigned projects. Helps teams meet and exceed their goals and objectives. Performs operation support such as general office management, meeting coordination, managing calendars, coordinate logistics for meetings, webinars, and events, including registration management, vendor support, and material preparation. Supports the membership process; billing, retention, onboarding, welcome packets, communication, researching answers, addresses login issues, and events. Responsible for managing grants; tracking, reporting, and coordinating. Contributes to reports for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with team to document and help set procedures, policies, and processes for NGO-ISAC. Identifies ways to increase revenue, decrease expenses, and improve efficiency. Handles logistical responsibilities, including member service. Follows all federal, state, and local business laws and regulations and company policies. What You Bring Qualifications and Skills: Executes actionable strategies to hit goals and objectives. Demonstrates strong project management and productivity skills. Excels at member service, client services, relationship building, etc. Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving skills and business acumen. Education and Experience Requirements: At least 5 years of operations experience is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience with AMS or CMS database. (E.g MemberClicks, Salesforce, Member365).

What We Offer

This is a Full-time operations coordinator. Remote, but some travel may be necessary. Operations coordinators have a lot of responsibility and may need to work late or answer calls and emails after hours.
