GUIDEWIRE DELIVERY MANAGER
Position Title: Guidewire Delivery Manager Work Location: Pune/ Bangalore / Hyderabad/ Chennai / Kolkata Experience Range: 14-20 Years Role Summary Delivery Manager responsible for end‑to‑end project delivery, client engagement, GenAI‑led initiatives, and financial governance for India-based clients. This role requires strong delivery ownership, applied GenAI knowledge, and tight financial control Required Skills & Experience 15+ years of experience in IT delivery / program management Should have at least 10 yrs of experience in managing large Guidewire project and a strong knowledge of Guidewire Application(s) PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter. Strong experience managing complex, multi‑stream engagements Applied GenAI exposure (hands‑on, POC leadership, or implementation oversight) Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid models
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Governance Own end‑to‑end delivery across development, support, and transformation programs Ensure adherence to scope, timelines, quality, SLAs, and governance standards Drive delivery reviews, risk management, and escalation handling GenAI Leadership Demonstrate practical knowledge of Generative AI (LLMs, automation, AI‑assisted delivery) Identify and drive GenAI use cases across delivery, testing, automation, and operations Partner with architects and engineering teams to translate GenAI into business value Client Management Act as primary delivery interface for India-based clients Lead governance forums, client reviews, and on‑ground workshops Build trusted relationships with client leadership and stakeholders Financial & Commercial Control Own delivery financials and P&L control Manage budgets, forecasts, billing milestones, and margin protection Proactively identify financial risks and cost leakages People & Operations Lead cross‑functional onshore/offshore delivery teams Drive utilization, productivity, and delivery discipline Ensure compliance with organizational delivery and quality processes Delivery & Execution Oversee multiple interdependent projects and project managers Manage program schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies Ensure consistent delivery on scope, quality, timelines, and cost Resolve cross‑project issues and escalations proactively Stakeholder Management Act as the primary interface with senior stakeholders and clients Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes transparently Facilitate alignment across business, technology, and vendors Manage stakeholder expectations and change impacts Governance, Risk & Compliance Establish and run program governance forums Identify, assess, and mitigate program‑level risks Ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and contractual requirements Oversee financial tracking and benefits realization Team & Vendor Management Lead and mentor Project Managers and work‑stream leads Coordinate internal teams and third‑party vendors/partners Enable high‑performing, collaborative delivery teams Support resource planning and capacity management Proven financial and commercial acumen Excellent stakeholder and communication skills Certification – Nice to have Guidewire Certifications Insurance Domain Certifications Project Management Certification - PMP Agile Certification – SAFe, CSM At Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything”.
