The Job: As a Sr. Financial Analyst, Strategic Sourcing, you’ll be part of our Global Supply Chain Finance team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to: Leverage your financial expertise to drive strategic sourcing initiatives, deliver actionable insights, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization. Provide support for weekly scorecards, monthly forecasting, audit reporting and closing as well as work on strategic projects. Develop and deploy scalable processes, playbooks, standardized tools, and reporting capabilities to enhance visibility, improve internal efficiencies, and facilitate achievement of business targets across the sourcing organization. Analyze current and historical trends in key performance indicators to inform decision-making, identify productivity opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. Partner on special projects, key business initiatives, and supplier proposals, providing recommendations and comprehensive financial analysis to inform objective decision-making aligned with category strategies for specified categories. In fact, you embrace it. You also have: Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance. 2+ plus years of prior related experience. Working knowledge of ERP and Financial reporting systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Essbase. Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience with analytics tools such as Power BI and Alteryx.
