About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Amazon Locker+ retail locations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing returns and pickups, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
- Assist customers with questions they may have and work through problem-solving scenarios
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, including opening and closing the site
- Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Receive truck deliveries and manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location
What You'll Need:
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
