Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance

Key Skills and Qualifications

* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to analyze complex customer issues, identify solutions, and make informed decisions
  • Active Listening: Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in relevant software applications, including CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Certifications: Customer service certifications, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM), a plus
