Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our business clients through enhancement, reporting, and investigation. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Maintaining high service levels by meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction, efficiency, and productivity targets.
- Supporting the execution and advancement of arenaflex's Automatic business age and stage arrangements.
- Offering technical assistance to our Worldwide Merchant group.
- Contributing to the investigation and streamlining of processes, internal tools, and products to drive efficiency and scalability.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of experience in account management, tasks, project management, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with business age or Promotion serving arrangements (e.g., Google Promotion Director, AdMob, DV360).
- Experience in streamlining business processes (e.g., automation).
- Understanding of web-based promoting arrangements (e.g., Promotion serving, business age) and key stages and patterns (e.g., work area, versatile, video).
- Familiarity with SQL.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industry and function well with a team.

In this role, you will be part of arenaflex's Worldwide Associations team, which is responsible for exploring new opportunities with arenaflex's partners. Our team works closely with a large number of partners to bring the best of arenaflex to drive their business. We support arenaflex's own Product groups with essential associations to assist with researching client experiences in publicizing, Search, Colleague, Guides, Travel, Shopping, Installments, and more.
