Job Summary

As a Remote Hotel Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring seamless transactions, and providing a high level of support to our customers. You'll be responsible for triaging substantial residential and commercial property losses, serving as a point of contact for various clientele, and coordinating hotel stays within budget provided by insurance companies. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Triages substantial residential and commercial property losses by assessing client needs

  • Serves as the point of contact for a variety of clientele, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Coordinates hotel stays within budget provided by insurance companies, ensuring seamless transactions and adherence to procedures
  • Collaborates with other support departments to ensure seamless transactions and meets deadlines
  • Assists with special projects and training of new colleagues on processes and systems
  • Performs other duties as assigned, supporting the organization's quality program(s)

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required

  • Three (3) years of customer concierge or claims customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong knowledge of concierge department systems and processes
  • Detailed knowledge of other support departments
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and handle conflict
  • Detailed knowledge of managed repair strategies and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to work with other departments to accomplish objectives
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the hospitality industry or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and management systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and vendors
