Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services. You will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that customers receive the help they need to resolve their issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical and soft skills, staying current with industry trends and best practices
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other support resources to improve customer self-service capabilities

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a strong focus on technical support and troubleshooting

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong technical expertise in multiple areas, including operating systems, software applications, and hardware platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and resolution
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems, helpdesk software, and collaboration tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with arenaflex products and services, or similar technologies and platforms

  • Red Hat Openshift certifications and Kubernetes certifications, such as CKA, CKD, or CKS
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Infoblox
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) and containerization
