Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist – Business Analytics and Machine Learning

We directly support business leaders from our retail stores and at the top, and up to our executive team. We're looking for an experienced staff data scientist who can lead key cross-functional tasks for both energy and car business using data science tools and methods to drive business process automation and support sales and service strategies by utilizing our data.

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled data scientist to join our team at arenaflex. As a staff data scientist, you will be responsible for leading key cross-functional tasks for both energy and car business using data science tools and methods to drive business process automation and support sales and service strategies by utilizing our data. You will work closely with our team to create and maintain complex data pipelines, develop and apply measurable models and NLP techniques, and communicate the outcomes and insights of data analysis in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Add to all phases of data science projects: from interpreting a complex business issue into a data science issue to performing data analysis and modeling and presenting solutions to the business.

• Create and maintain complex data pipelines, supporting our team's central goal in democratizing data and empowering an information-driven association, collaborating with Data Examiners, Data Designers, AI (ML) Specialists, and Product Chiefs.
• Create and apply measurable models and NLP techniques, such as subject modeling, sentiment analysis, text classification, text summarization, and so on to extract important data and insights from text data.
• Communicate and present the outcomes and insights of data analysis in a clear and concise manner.
• Summarize customer journey and conversations with fundamental or calibrated large language models (LLM)
• Experience imagining and conveying products controlled by AI (ML), search and recommendations, natural language processing (NLP) and also generative artificial intelligence (large language models/LLMs), or different sorts of data-intensive systems
• Build models to direct our customer lifecycle process.
• Successfully communicate significant insights to all levels of the association with varying levels of data science understanding and backgrounds.
• Collaborate closely with management, design, and other partners to convey significant business insights.
• Apply different ML, advanced analysis and representation techniques to various datasets across the organization.

What You'll Bring

* MS or 3+ years of experience in a quantitative field (e.g. Data Science, Applied Math, Business Analysis, Operations Research, Statistics, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Economics or Designing).

• Results-driven areas of expertise with deep data science skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization.
• Demonstrated history of extracting insights and building ML models and, particularly in business analysis (or related) space. Uplevel team's ML capabilities in at least one significant areas (e.g. classification, predictive modeling, graphical analysis, or Regular Language Handling (NLP)).
• Master in SQL and Python, particularly in standard data science libraries and frameworks like pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, Tensorflow/PyTorch, PySpark, and so on.
• Capability in at least one visualization tools, such as Tableau, Streamlit and so on.
• Master in data wrangling and analyzing massive and complex datasets, structured or unstructured.
• Ability to self-start and work independently in an unstructured environment as well as explore (and bring structure to) ambiguity, taking an issue from 0 to 1.
• Brilliant issue outlining, critical thinking and project management abilities as well as ability to rapidly pivot in a different direction.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
