Job Summary
As an Experienced Data Researcher, you will be responsible for building industry-leading analysis, data, and technology platforms to help rethink healthcare. This position will play a critical part within a cross-functional team, delivering strong solutions that inform network strategy and design, improve network performance and supplier engagement, develop new supplier offerings, and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in the development, approval, and delivery of calculations, statistical models, and reporting tools. Handle complex scientific issues.
- Create, approve, and execute calculations and predictive models to explore issues, identify patterns, and suggest solutions.
- Investigate, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data in various formats.
- Conduct analyses of structured and unstructured data to address moderately complex business issues, using advanced statistical methods and numerical analyses.
- Create data pipelines and designs to integrate, collect, and normalize data that produces insights and addresses reporting requirements.
- Utilize data visualization techniques to communicate analytical findings and support business decisions effectively.
- Develop and assess the data needs of assigned projects and ensure the accuracy of the data.
Essential Qualifications
* 3 years of relevant programming or scientific experience.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to present data to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to resolve issues and barriers as they arise.
- Shows proficiency in multiple areas of data modeling, AI calculations, statistical analysis, data engineering, and data visualization.
- Ability to work with large datasets from various data sources.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Physics, Engineering, or related field.
- Graduate degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
* Healthcare industry work experience is preferred.

The actual base compensation offer will depend on various factors, including experience, training, geography, and other significant variables.
