As our first dedicated CS rep, you'll play a vital role in shaping our customer support system and processes, while also having the opportunity to explore other aspects of our business and potentially switch roles in the future.

arenaflex is a small but mighty team of 4 people who have been building tools for Shopify merchants for over 2 years. We've been growing steadily, and our excellent app ratings are a testament to our commitment to customer satisfaction. As we continue to expand, we're looking for talented individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
As our Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Communicating with customers via live chat or email, resolving any problems they may have, and providing top-notch support to ensure their satisfaction with our app.
* Continuously learning about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to better understand our customers' needs and provide more effective support.
* Summarizing product feedback from merchants and suggesting new ways to improve our app, helping us to stay ahead of the curve in the e-commerce industry.
* Taking on non-CS related tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, and creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with customers and colleagues alike.
* A passion for talking to people and solving their problems, with a customer-centric approach to everything you do.
* The ability to handle challenging customers (although we're proud to say that we have very few of those!).
* Proficiency in discussing technical concepts at a high level, with a willingness to learn more about CSS, JS, and other technical topics as needed.
* Comfort with writing technical documentation and articles, as well as performing non-CS related tasks as needed.
* A willingness to work with a flexible schedule, with at least 4 hours of overlap with GMT+7 (9am-6pm) each day.
Nice to Have Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be a great bonus:
* Experience working with Shopify, especially in theme development or customization.
* Experience working with B2B SaaS platforms.
* Additional languages, especially French, Spanish, and Italian.
* Any other skills that can be beneficial to a startup, such as marketing, SEO, video editing, or more.
