Remote VA | Japanese Customer Support (N2+) | PC Repair Business | Fast Response | Long-Term
Description: We are a growing PC repair and data recovery company based in Japan, looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. This is a stable, long-term role with consistent daily tasks — requiring attention to detail and daily involvement. We provide clear instructions and support, so you can work with confidence. Tasks include:
- Responding to customer emails in Japanese using templates
- Entering customer and repair data into Google Sheets
- Tracking repair progress, shipping, and payment status
- Recording daily inventory (incoming/outgoing parts)
- Supporting other admin tasks following clear manuals
️ Tools we use: Gmail / Google Sheets / AnyDesk (input only) / Backlog Schedule:
- Monday–Saturday, around 5–6 working hours per day
- Preferably starting from 9:00 AM Japan time
- You will have a 1-hour break during your shift
- Break time can be taken flexibly depending on workload
- Consistent daily availability is required
- We are looking for someone who can work consistently on a long-term basis
Requirements & Notes:
- Fluent Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher, reading & writing required)
- Basic English communication
- Detail-oriented and accurate — precision over speed
- Able to follow instructions and confirm before making decisions
- Proactive communicator — ask questions early
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and learning new tools
- Able to respond quickly during working hours
- You will be responsible for handling assigned tasks during your working hours with clear guidance
- Japanese language ability is the priority. We welcome applicants with less VA experience if your Japanese is strong.
