Full-Stack Developer (React / Supabase) – REMOTE Location: Remote Job Type: Contract (90 Days) Schedule: Flexible Work Hours - 40 hours/week
About the Role
We’re seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to help transform a working prototype into a production-ready SaaS platform in the healthcare compliance space. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-moving startup at a critical stage—where your work will directly influence the product, architecture, and user experience. You’ll be building a modern application that combines document processing, AI-assisted workflows, and structured user experiences within a regulated environment. What You’ll Do
- Build and enhance frontend functionality using React, Tailwind CSS, and modern UI component libraries
- Develop backend services and APIs using Supabase (Postgres, authentication, storage, and serverless functions)
- Develop end-to-end application features supporting:
- Document processing and data ingestion
- Data transformation and validation workflows
- User-driven review and approval processes
- Design and support multi-tenant architecture and role-based access controls
- Build scalable APIs and data models to support complex application logic and workflows
- Integrate AI-assisted capabilities to enhance data processing and user productivity
- Collaborate closely with Product, PM/BA, and SME stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality features
- Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainable code
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with:
- React (Vite or similar modern tooling)
- Node.js and backend development
- Supabase, Firebase, or Postgres-based backends
- Experience building workflow-driven, data-intensive, or SaaS applications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/LLM integrations
- Background in healthcare, compliance, or regulated environments
- Familiarity with document ingestion, OCR, or NLP-related systems
