Job Summary
As a Customer Success Account Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. You'll leverage your expertise in digital account management to develop and execute account strategies, negotiate commercial solutions, and promote customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute account strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Leverage reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to inform business decisions and drive success
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop strategies that increase revenue and drive long-term value creation
- Promote compliant and profitable digital transformation that strengthens the consumer relationship, maximizes portfolio growth, and optimizes marketing and distribution
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth
- Evaluate consumer trends, competitor information, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution to inform business decisions
- Optimize opportunities that align with sales or return-on-investment (ROI) goals
- Create business value propositions based on the voice of the customer that drive long-term value creation
- Telecommute less than 50% of the week within the same geographic location as assigned arenaflex office location
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Two (2) years of experience in technical customer engagement and account management, including experience with generating product sales and negotiations
- Specific skills:
+ 24 months of experience in Project management + Building business relationships + Microsoft Dynamics CRM + Sales prospecting + Sales pipeline and forecasting + Customer relationship building + 12 months of experience in Marketing

* Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Experience with digital account management and customer success
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
