What You'll Do in This Role
As an Experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Healthcare) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Enrolling existing client customers in mail order pharmacy programs
- Educating clients on cost-saving benefits and promoting our products and services
- Ensuring our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Analyzing customer feedback and providing insights to improve our products and services
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, knowledge, and personal qualities. These include:
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and sales
- Ability to type 20 WPM and work effectively in a remote environment
- A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact on people's lives
