Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers via telephone, assisting with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations, and resolving travel-related issues. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers and provide exceptional service

  • Review customer history as necessary to resolve issues and provide personalized solutions
  • Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency
  • Help customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, and process refunds
  • Provide or confirm customers' travel itinerary and assist with travel-related issues
  • Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Document information and outcomes as necessary to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance

Essential Functions

About You

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience is required
  • Strong geographical knowledge is essential
  • Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills, including strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work proactively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency in using the internet and navigating multiple applications
