Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through inbound phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with our sales team to resolve customer inquiries, resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, and implement return procedures. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide exceptional customer service
- Work closely with our sales team to resolve customer inquiries, resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, and implement return procedures
- Use a computer and multiple computer programs to navigate and resolve customer issues
- Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their orders, products, and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to commute to our facility from your home
- A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
- Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
- Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience
- Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
