Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer queries and providing solutions to technical problems
  • Guiding product users through features and functionalities
  • Managing call center representatives and call performance
  • Performing call center follow-up and other call center duties
  • Preparing call center performance reports and reporting daily call center stats
  • Assisting with supporting call-center and selling services to consumers who call the call center
  • Maintaining call center database by entering information on every call
  • Providing support for call center agents on escalated calls and providing backup call center management
  • Planning for call center technologies and receiving inbound calls from customers
  • Impacting call center performance to management and leading an exceptional call center team
  • Managing the daily call center operations and resolving inbound customer calls regarding account
  • Maintaining call center database by recording call outcomes and disposition
  • Defining inbound call readiness state and processing customer transactions in a call center environment

Requirements and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with the industry is a plus
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving technical issues
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with CRM systems and help desk software
