The Role

As a Customer Care Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, responsible for providing world-class customer service to our clients. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for customer satisfaction will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence in a timely and professional manner

  • Analyze customer account characteristics and work with customers to resolve their issues, while providing "best in class" customer service
  • Follow engagement strategy to enhance customer satisfaction and build loyalty to the arenaflex brand
  • Document all activities in a clear and concise manner utilizing the appropriate systems in accordance with established procedures
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in policy and procedures to ensure compliance with high-risk processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree or equivalent work experience preferred

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to apply lessons learned from past experiences and work through complex changes/situations in a consistently evolving work environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish, or other languages)
