Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity and motivation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, as required.
