Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Web & Cloud Application Development

Join Our Team

We're seeking a profoundly energetic and solution-oriented Senior Data Science Analyst to join our Pursuit and Suggestions Examination group. This role is located at our Remote facility, and we offer a clear and simple compensation of a competitive salary for this position.

Key Responsibilities

* Run unconditional exploratory data analysis to identify novel ideas and opportunities

• Plan and run A/B trials of our latest suggestions calculations
• Proactively monitor our suggestion models to recognize potential issues, determine underlying drivers, and resolve
• Assemble new tools that enable us to be more efficient and effective
• Work closely and build valuable relationships with our product, engineering, and AI partners
• Convey key insights and recommendations to cross-functional senior leaders across the organization

What You'll Need

* 2+ years of professional experience in a scientific role (including any graduate education)

• Investigation or Data Science experience with e-commerce organizations is a strong plus
• In-depth experience with SQL (total capabilities, query optimization, stored procedures, string parsing, Vertica/Hive/Voila/Flash, etc.)
• In-depth experience with Python and Python tools (Jupyter notebooks, libraries, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, etc.)
• Experience with exploratory design (A/B tests) and statistical analysis to drive business decisions, highly preferred
• Knowledge and experience using AI algorithms/techniques (decision trees, random forests, deep learning, etc.) within a business setting, highly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication with a collaborative mindset, highly cooperative attitude
• Ability to collaborate and proactively communicate with partners
• Demonstrated history of taking ownership and driving results
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and technical capabilities alongside critical thinking skills
