About the Role
As a Resolution Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from clients, stores, and partners. You will utilize various systems and tools to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Your primary goal will be to exceed customer expectations by providing expert-level support, using all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a contact center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to type at least 25 WPM
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant systems
