Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting the pharmacy team in a remote setting. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, under direct supervision, in accordance with national and federal regulations
- Using pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information and process prescriptions
- Modeling and providing a unique and delightful customer experience
- Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with services and products
- Resolving customer issues and answering inquiries to ensure a superior customer experience
- Fostering strong relationships with most valuable customers
- Performing duties as assigned by the Pharmacy manager, personnel Pharmacist, and store supervisor, including utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug records, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy
- Reporting prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhering to company rules and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and the quality improvement program
- Registering all related income on assigned cash register, collecting and handling coins as required
- Handling telephone calls that do not require the personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians
- Processing guide claims for third-party prescription services in a timely and efficient manner, and performing other clerical responsibilities as assigned by the store manager
Essential Qualifications
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment
- Choose to have previous work experience with arenaflex
- Desire to have desirable math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
- Prefer to have correct computer skills
- Prefer to have knowledge of store inventory management
- Prefer PTCB certification

- Prefer to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
