Job Overview
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer success across a portfolio of high-value accounts. You will work closely with your account team to understand customer needs, develop strategic plans to drive customer satisfaction and retention, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us meet our growth goals for customer renewals and expansion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Work closely with your account team to develop and execute customer success plans that drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their business environment, objectives, and pain points
- Document customer success stories, best practices, and lessons learned to inform future customer success initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Specialists, Renewals, and Retention Marketing, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of customer success plans
- Use Gainsight to track engagement, opportunities, and derive insights to inform customer success strategies
- Develop and deliver training programs to customers to ensure they get the most out of our products and services
- Identify and develop opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services to customers
- Manage the customer lifecycle journey points, including customer onboarding, feedback loops, advocacy, risk management, and value campaigns
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to inform future product development and customer success initiatives
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, with a proven track record of developing strategic customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction and retention
- Strong empathy for customers and a genuine belief that their success translates into arenaflex's success
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Analytical and metrics-driven work style
- Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Highly collaborative team player with the ability to build successful relationships with various stakeholders
- Ability to manage challenging conversations internally and externally
- Absolute and complete alignment with and consistent practice of arenaflex's core values of Empathy, Humanity, Trust, and Love to both customers and other arenaflex team members
- Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce preferred
- Experience with arenaflex products and services preferred
