Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Weekend Customer Support Representative to join our remote workforce management team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and digital chat channels. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve problems related to entertainment events promptly, multitask efficiently to manage real-time events, and leverage your computer skills to navigate our support systems, CRM tools, and knowledge base effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and digital chat channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as sales and operations) to escalate and resolve problems related to entertainment events promptly
- Multitask efficiently to manage real-time events, including entertainer, event staff, and customer interactions
- Leverage computer skills to navigate our support systems, CRM tools, and knowledge base effectively
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer support skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Previous experience with in-person phone, messaging, and live chat support
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in speaking on the phone with a clear and articulate communication style
- Strong multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail and scheduling changes
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and support tools
- Fluency with Google documents and spreadsheets and other Google workspace programs
- Natural problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and support tools
- Experience with Google workspace programs, including Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
