Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Handling High-Volume Calls:

You'll handle an expected 50-60 calls per shift, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Meeting Elite Performance Standards:

You'll strive to exceed customer satisfaction, meet performance metrics, and achieve other key objectives as assigned.

Engaging with Customers:

You'll build relationships with customers, listening to their concerns and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.

Troubleshooting Issues:

You'll use your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues, often in a first-contact resolution approach.

Multitasking:

You'll juggle multiple programs, tabs, devices, and screens to quickly and accurately answer customer questions.

Identifying Areas for Improvement:

You'll recognize areas where improvement is needed and provide feedback to leadership to drive positive change.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

High School Diploma or Equivalent:

A secondary school diploma or equivalent is required.

Language Skills:

You'll need to be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish.

Technical Skills:

You'll need to have a basic understanding of Windows operating systems or similar.

Availability:

You'll need to be available to work a part-time schedule, with flexibility to work varying shifts.
