Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support to clients through social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior support teams
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Analyzing customer feedback, identifying trends, and making recommendations for process improvements
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and helpful support
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance customer support capabilities
  • Participating in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or computer science
  • 6+ years of experience in customer support, social media, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in social media platforms, customer support software, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • 12+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Experience with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development
  • Certification in social media marketing, customer support, or a related field
  • Experience with arenaflex products and services
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Salary range: $122,400 - $216,500 per year
