Job Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Resolving product issues and troubleshooting client concerns effectively via online chat
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating interactions in our system
  • Staying informed about our evolving products and services to provide up-to-date information
  • Actively participating in weekly team meetings and company-sponsored training

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or GED equivalent
  • A minimum typing speed of thirty-five words per minute
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
