Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Live Chat Manager when necessary to ensure seamless resolution
  • Building relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences, and providing personalized support to meet their expectations
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, using your expertise and knowledge to resolve issues efficiently
  • Promoting interest in client products and services through effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image at all times, both online and offline
  • Providing administrative support as needed to ensure seamless operations

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in live chat software and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
