Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Live Chat Manager when necessary to ensure seamless resolution
- Building relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences, and providing personalized support to meet their expectations
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, using your expertise and knowledge to resolve issues efficiently
- Promoting interest in client products and services through effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image at all times, both online and offline
- Providing administrative support as needed to ensure seamless operations
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:
