Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch customer support and engagement services to arenaflex's clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages on clients' websites or social media accounts
  • Addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information
  • Sharing sales links, offering discounts, and promoting products or services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

While prior experience is not necessary, we do require:

  • A device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • A reliable internet connection
  • Availability for a minimum of 5 hours per week
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow provided instructions
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
