Job Summary
As a Work-at-Home Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer issues, and driving sales growth through your expertise and skills. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including but not limited to:
+ Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues + Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade + Explaining and positioning products and processes with customers + Escalating customer dissatisfaction with managerial team + Ensuring first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating system
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
- Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
- Customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience in a contact center environment
- Sales experience in a contact center environment
- Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, marketing)
- Fluency in multiple languages

Physical Requirements
* This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
