Role Overview

As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers through our web-based chat service to address their queries, concerns, and needs. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain customer relationships by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner, building trust and respect to deliver the "Unexpected arenaflex Experience"

• Provide answers to basic customer inquiries, troubleshoot and diagnose technical/product issues, and determine customer needs and expectations
• Empower customers with the knowledge and tools necessary to "Select the Right Product" for their needs and budget while ensuring that "Our first consideration is the Safety of the Customer"
• Validate product requirements such as sizing, fitment, and safety standards, ensuring product recommendations align with industry & arenaflex safety standards
• Complete work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
