Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences to our patients and partners. You will be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining our high standards of customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, efficient, and effective.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
  • Utilize arenaflex's pharmacy information systems and rules to process new patient enrollment, handle patient medication requests, and enter refill orders for processing.
  • Investigate and resolve missing prescription data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes) and resolving information passage-related exceptions.
  • Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, recognizing and communicating issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
  • Acquire and maintain a current, active pharmacy license or certification within the first 90 days of employment.

Essential Capabilities

* Basic computer skills, including starting and closing the computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online.

  • Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms.
  • Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Capabilities

* At least 2 years of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.

  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by state as certified by the State board for Pharmacy or a widely recognized certification agency.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
  • Moderate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
