Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our sales team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls, emails, and chats from customers

  • Work with customers and sales team members to resolve their challenges and provide solutions
  • Use a computer and multiple computer programs to navigate and resolve customer issues
  • Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to work from home with a dedicated workspace
  • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
  • Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
