Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional data entry services, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management systems

• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring data quality and integrity
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reports to distribute key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress towards our objectives to senior leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business issues, question assumptions, and develop solutions to drive business growth
• Assess proposed business cases for initiatives and projects, translating business requirements into systems and adjusting the team to the business strategy
• Recognize and recommend the most suitable reporting tools based on setting and define application configuration based on client needs
• Provide general guidance by examining business goals and client needs, including creating, communicating, building support for, and implementing business procedures, plans, and processes
• Create and use internal and external partnerships, lead key community engagement and inclusion initiatives, and support partners while upholding the organization's principles of integrity and ethics

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, mathematics)

• Experience with SQL, Python, and big data tools (e.g., Hive)
• Familiarity with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker) and workflow management tools (e.g., Wind current)
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to senior leaders clearly
• Experience growing new metrics to track business impact
• Experience leading a team of analysts

Preferred Qualifications:

* Foundation or education in statistics

• Experience with AI and data science strategies
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
