Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day data entry transactions, office clerical duties, and compiling reports. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in a remote setting, utilizing Microsoft Office applications and industry software.
Key Responsibilities
- Entry of daily work orders into systems
- Assembling reports
- Reconciling reports
- Filing, copying, faxing, and other clerical duties
- Maintain excellent communication with various departments
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Organizing and prioritizing skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- 1 year of data entry (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or similar service environment
- 1 year of office clerk experience
- Good communication skills
- Experience in recycling would be helpful but not necessary
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:
- Microsoft Excel experience (1 year or more)
Physical Demands
This role requires the ability to:
- Organize various office systems through adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, or folding for the purpose of proper records development and/or management
- Use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation
- Bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time
