Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with customers to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses, and escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products and services
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the airline industry or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish, with Catalan a plus)
- Previous experience with ticketing and reservation systems
- Knowledge of airline policies and procedures
- Certification in customer service or a related field
