Job Description

As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support assistance to our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and advocating for solutions that drive positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Take inbound calls to assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings

  • Help customers understand credit bureau processes and educate them on appropriate steps to request corrections
  • Receive customer requests for assistance, identify support needed, and either help or forward requests to the appropriate functional area
  • Handle escalated customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and issue resolution

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED

  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests and putting yourself in the customer's shoes
  • High-speed internet service (minimum 25 mbps download/ 5 mbps upload)
  • Ability to work remotely and be on camera using your computer's webcam
  • Flexible work environment: ability to work remote, hybrid, or in-office
  • US resident living within 45-60 minutes of our Allen, TX office
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, credit check, and a drug screen

  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer software and systems
