As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in helping customers navigate and succeed with arenaflex's software. About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary focus will be on helping customers overcome any challenges they may face with arenaflex's software. You'll become a product expert, guiding customers in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Providing top-tier support via phone, email, or chat to ensure customer satisfaction
- Troubleshooting and solving general technical issues related to the arenaflex platform
- Reporting customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and following up as needed
- Identifying and documenting any software bugs or issues for continuous improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
What Makes You a Great Fit?
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in technical customer support or a similar role
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Patience, attention to detail, and a logical approach to problem-solving
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
- Experience with CRM and customer support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus!
