Job Description

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns with empathy and patience
  • Providing product information, track shipments, and process returns or exchanges as needed
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meeting and exceeding performance targets for customer service quality and efficiency

  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 customer service environment, including weekends and holidays
