Job Summary
As a Customer Relationship Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex, representing our brand and values through interactions with customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with clients
- Developing and maintaining good customer relations through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Tracking and documenting customer interactions, including phone calls, online questions, and chats, using Salesforce to create actionable reports for management
- Ordering replacement plants for customers and actively participating in meetings to share successes and challenges
- Exceeding service level expectations with all internal and external customers
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain good customer relations through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and building strong relationships with clients
- Track and document customer interactions, including phone calls, online questions, and chats, using Salesforce to create actionable reports for management
- Order replacement plants for customers and actively participate in meetings to share successes and challenges
- Exceed service level expectations with all internal and external customers
- Diligently watch for patterns of misunderstanding/deficient information through incoming cases and alert your supervisor and manager
- Actively participate in all meetings, share your successes and challenges, ask questions, and provide suggestions for improvement
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role or similar position
- Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Office
- Salesforce experience is a plus, but is not a necessity
- Relevant college coursework preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle stress and pressures of the job without causing undue tension and disruption
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with CRM software and statistical data reporting
- Knowledge of the horticulture industry and Proven Winners plants
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and technology
