Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Providing product and service information to customers, including recommendations and promotions
• Processing customer transactions, including credit applications and new service activations
• Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information as needed
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Meeting or exceeding productivity measurements, including customer contacts, service orders created, and product sales

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of experience in a call center, customer service, or closely related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role at a telecommunications or technology company

• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Experience with sales and marketing principles
