Experienced Customer Service Coordinator – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex

As a Customer Service Coordinator with arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. You'll be responsible for promoting and selling air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders, providing assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance, and interpreting authorities' guidelines and requirements for domestic and international journeys or shipment shipments.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Coordinator with arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting and selling air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders
  • Providing assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance
  • Interpreting authorities' guidelines and requirements for domestic and international journeys or shipment shipments
  • Meeting and dispatching planes within set-up times
  • Providing assistance to troubled passengers and customers
  • Protecting business assets and revenue
  • Providing for a safe journey
  • Possessing the physical cap ability and dexterity to use motor skills to perform various job-related duties
  • Using organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited timeframe
  • Being self-motivated and requiring minimum supervision
  • Responding and assisting during safety and emergency situations
  • Following internal/external regulations and procedures
  • May be required to drive and perform air stairs to various types of planes to enplane and deplane passengers
  • Responsible for the overall performance within the work location and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees
  • May be required to perform Passenger Operation Control capabilities, including air to ground communication as well as Tower capabilities

Requirements:

To be successful as a Customer Service Coordinator with arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school degree or GED
  • The ability to read, write, fluently speak, and recognize the English language
  • Bilingual language skills are required in some locations
  • An applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities
  • Must satisfy FAA criminal history checks to qualify for unescorted admission to privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
  • Must be able to obtain stable suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
  • Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work on a regular and timely basis
