As a key member of our Data Innovation Group, you will play a vital role in providing first-level issue resolution via phone for all equipment and software supported by our Advancements framework wide.

Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing first-level issue resolution via phone for all equipment and software supported by our Advancements framework wide. You will work closely with our internal and external teams to identify and address technical issues, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Your expertise will be essential in resolving complex issues, escalating critical cases, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide first-level issue resolution via phone for all equipment and software supported by our Advancements framework wide

  • Conduct issue analysis for the Innovation regions, including Voice, WAN, LAN, PC, Printer, Password Resets, and other related issues
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and address technical issues
  • Escalate critical cases to Level 2 support or other service teams as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
  • Provide timely communication (oral or written) to Level 2 support or other service teams as required
  • Participate in shift work and 24x7 IT coverage as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding employee, organization, and customer data
  • Adhere to all company and departmental policies, procedures, and practices

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of Help Desk or customer support experience
  • 2+ years of investigating experience with service desk conditions
  • Knowledge and experience in internal server/centralized computer applications, such as Offers, QIK, IBM/TSO/TPX, and Staff
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills
  • Apple certification (Apple Genius) and/or A+ certification a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Instruction and earlier professional training

  • Apple certification (Apple Genius)

  • Experience with IT service management tools and software
