About the Job
As a Remote Part-Time Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all of our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience with arenaflex. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including:
- Delivering exceptional service and developing lasting relationships with customers via live chat, phone, and email
- Serving as a proud brand ambassador of arenaflex, championing our core values to democratize fashion
- Maintaining knowledge of all arenaflex products, including fit, styles, and inventory
- Assisting customers in finding styles that meet their individual style and event needs
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with the utmost care and respect
- Delivering personalized service while meeting quality and productivity goals
- Sharing customer feedback and information with other team members and leaders to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience
- Contributing to an empathetic, positive, and energetic team culture
What You'll Do

Who You Are
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who possesses:
- At least 2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to rebound quickly from challenging customer interactions
- Multitasking skills, with the ability to assist multiple customers simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen well and understand customer needs

Requirements
* Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency (G Suite, Google Chrome Browser, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
- High-speed internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider with a minimum 10Mbps connection (arenaflex will provide laptop & headset)
Work Environment and Culture
As a Remote Part-Time Customer Experience Associate, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you reside in one of the following states:

Compensation and Benefits
The starting pay rate for this position is non-negotiable and varies by work location:
- $16/hr: MA, CO, OR, TX, IL, AZ, VA, FL
- $14.50/hr: TN, KS
