Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced REMOTE Data Entry Specialist to join our Claims Support Department in South Sioux City, Nebraska. As a key member of our team, you'll provide critical support to adjusters and assistants throughout the settlement process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Entering claim requests with utmost accuracy and efficiency
• Verifying documentation to ensure compliance and quality
• Preparing and indexing mail and email to facilitate seamless communication
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Verify documentation to ensure compliance and quality
• Prepare and index mail and email to facilitate seamless communication
• Collaborate with adjusters and assistants to resolve claims and achieve team goals
• Stay organized, prioritize work, and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Clerical office skills, including computer skills and data entry experience
• Ability to stay organized, prioritize work, and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a data entry or claims support role

• Familiarity with insurance industry practices and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
