We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our arenaflex team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:- Act as the initial point of contact for inbound participant requests and questions, providing timely and accurate support.
- Maintain a high level of product and system knowledge to provide support to internal and external partners.
- Field daily calls from HRS participants with questions regarding HRS products, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Log and document participant conversations/issues, providing a clear and concise record of interactions.
- Provide real-time technical support for participants using the automated phone system and employee website.
What's Required (Qualifications)
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- Previous open enrollment experience, preferably in a healthcare-related service.
- Proficiency in computer software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS.
- Knowledge of renewing health and benefits plans, including updates to enrollments, policies, and rates.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
