Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in our customer-centric environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assisting customers with order placement, product information, account inquiries, and general inquiries
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-contact resolution
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, and policies

Qualifications
