Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our web-based application, ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality.
- Data Validation: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain data in a secure and accessible manner, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's data management policies and procedures.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and communication.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, or information technology) preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data entry, data management, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail); experience with web-based applications and cloud storage (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
* Certifications: Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA) certification preferred.
- Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Mandarin) a plus.
