Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email interactions.
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilizing knowledge of arenaflex products and services to educate and retain customers.
  • Documenting customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with the team to refine problem areas and drive continuous service improvements.
  • Escalating customer or operational issues to the supervisor in a timely and mutually satisfactory manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 Years of Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1-year experience working in a contact/call center: Experience in a virtual call center environment is a plus.
  • Business to Customer (B2C) Experience: Client-facing experience in a B2C environment is essential.
  • CRM System Exposure: Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
  • Empathetic listener, sensitive, upbeat, optimistic: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Very strong business verbal and written communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent time management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid work ethic, being the best, even if no one is watching: Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a self-directed environment.
  • E-commerce, Sales and Retention, Customer Service Support Experience: Experience supporting customers through multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone.
  • Bilingual a plus: Proficiency in a second language is a plus.

Computer Requirements

* Home computer & headset: Reliable computer and headset are essential for this role.

  • Operating System: Windows 7/Mac 10.1 or better: Compatible operating system is required.
  • Minimum internet bandwidth of 25MB download and 5MB upload: Reliable internet connection is essential.
  • Internet Router or Modem: Reliable internet connection is essential.
  • Working Webcam: Webcam is required for video conferencing.
